Results We delivered interaction flows, functional specifications, requirements and contributed to prototypes that were used in multi-country user-testing. Additionally rapid prototypes were created on the fly to understand users better. Insights were translated to the design process. Advancing previous releases in matters of usability and consistence was paired with improving the deliverables for the vendors. Goal was a harmonious interaction design. Problem was the increased number of functions. Our work resulted in a clear, easy-to-use and appealing interaction experience.
